All of which can add tremendous stress to someone’s life.
Passion precedes talent. And that is why we take such a committed and active role in helping our clients. They depend on us to provide a solution. As daunting as the task may be, it’s fundamentally why we chose to practice law—to help you, help others, and be the one person you know you can trust when you think you are at your lowest or there cannot possibly be a clear way out.
Clients are not numbers.
Anyone who views a potential client as such can’t possibly empathize with the position they are in. We take a tremendous amount of pride in how involved we are with our clients.
The hardest part of being committed to each case is that it is overwhelmingly time-consuming. We love it. And we cherish the time we get to spend with our clients. Sadly, that means we have to turn other potential clients away. Improperly managing a caseload will serve to the detriment of current clients.
We take a firm stance on being honest. Always. When we have a consultation with a client and don’t see a legal option for us to explore, we will tell you that. We respect our potential clients too much to string them along. This will do nothing but cost you money, and it will very likely end up the way it was predicted.
