Ciera Thomas

Ciera Thomas is a skilled paralegal at Zafiro Law Firm. She has a bachelor’s degree and double majored in pre-law studies and political science and graduated summa cum laude and a 4.0 GPA.

One of her favorite parts about working in a law firm is it allows her to develop a deeper understanding of legal principles and improve her skills as a paralegal. Ciera understands that while legal proceedings can be complex, family law cases are distinctive because they often involve sensitive and personal issues such as child custody, divorce, and domestic violence. She takes pride in assisting clients with their legal paperwork and interacting with them regarding case information. She understands that legal matters can be stressful, but she is thankful that clients trust her and her team with their needs. Whether conducting legal research or drafting legal documentation, Ciera is grateful to help.

Outside of the office, Ciera lives in Japan and spends many hours volunteering for English-speaking mental health offices. She often helps organize and plan events with the military and local communities regarding mental health matters in their society.
