Hello, my name is Maria and I’m the legal assistant for ZafiroLaw PLLC! When I first started looking for jobs I knew I wanted to do something that could make an impact on someone’s life. Being able to work as a legal assistant has opened not just the opportunity to learn about law and its processes, but also be able to provide help to those who are seeking legal solutions to their legal problems. I’m passionate about everything I do, and I want to make sure I always bring my best to the table.
I have a degree in Economics and even though I previously did not have experience in the law field, I love learning about it every day! Being part of a team of hard-working women that take their time to teach me and always give me their best tips on how to get better at understanding the law is something I value the most about my job.
Outside of work, I’m a certified barre instructor and give 1-1 classes every now and then. You can either find me outside at a park on a nice day or at my comfy TV area watching a show or a movie, or reading one of my mystery novels that I love.
Maria is a fluent Spanish speaker.
